Homeopathic Training The Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine offers top rated homeopathic training programs that focus on clearly defined principles and natural laws of healing. Our homeopathic training programs offer a variety of professional courses, as well as a home-study certification program. In our homeopathic training programs, we make available whatever knowledge, insight, or experience is necessary to become a competent homeopathic practitioner in a successful practice. To ensure an exceptional standard of homeopathic training, the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine (TSHM) offers intensive, specialized programs in homeopathic medicine. The programs we are currently offering are: Part-time Program TSHM offers intensive three and four-year part-time homeopathic training programs with classes beginning in September and January of each year. Full-time Program The three-year full-time program begins in October each year. Special Program for Doctors and Licensed Health Professionals TSHM offers a special advanced homeopathic training program for doctors and health professionals wishing to expand the scope of their existing practices. Clinical Training The emphasis in all of our homeopathic training programs is on clinical proficiency. We offer the most extensive training available anywhere in North America with 1250* hours of clinical exposure and thorough assessment and supervision. The Toronto School of Homeopathic medicine (TSHM) was founded in 1994 in response to the recognized need for quality homeopathic education. To accommodate growth, TSHM recently relocated our administrative office, library and student clinic to the Yorkville area. Our professional training program is based on classical homeopathic principles discovered and developed by Samuel Hahnemann as described in his "Organon of Medicine." We emphasize clinical ability in a creative and supportive environment. Our supervised training clinic is open to the public, offering high-quality treatment at reduced rates. Our aim is to promote the cause of classical homeopathic medicine as a prime method for healing the sick. Creativity is encouraged in our students, and central to the experience of learning is the joy of discovery. The routine of work is thus transformed into willing service and inspires self-discovery.
