Mary Paterson Blackmore, HOM, DCHM (Hons)

Mary Paterson Blackmore, DCHM (Hons), is the owner of Blackmore Wellness.  She practices in Perth, Ontario, at the Lotus Wings Building and at her home office in Snow Road Station.  Mary also consults with remote patients virtually or via telephone.

Mary was trained in Classical Homeopathy at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine (CCHM), graduating in 2015 with an honours diploma.  She began her homeopathic practice in Mississauga and Oakville while working as a Senior Manager at RBC Head Office Operations in Toronto.  She retired from RBC in 2017 and relocated her home and her practice to Eastern Ontario where she can now focus exclusively on her homeopathic practice.

In addition to the incredible foundation in homeopathy she received at CCHM, Mary has many other skills that complement her homeopathic knowledge.  She held the role of a Project Manager for many years at RBC, which gave her a disciplined approach to planning, organizing, and relationship management, which has served her well in establishing and managing her practice.  It has been said that homeopathy is both a science and an art.  Mary brings a wide variety of those skills to the profession merging logic and reason with creativity.  She is an absolute advocate for life-long learning and continuous improvement.

"I work with a fabulous group of wellness practitioners at Lotus Wings in Perth.  Denise Carpenter, owner of Reiki Associates and Lotus Wings does many things to help promote the practitioners.  You can view the You Tube interview that Denise held with her below…."

"I also absolutely love my role as an Externship Supervisor at CCHM!  I am so lucky to be able to discuss cases with a truly diverse group of students from all over the world.  For me, it is not just about the supervision of the students’ cases and imparting my knowledge and experience.  It is such an opportunity for me to learn from the students as well.  It also helps keep me in the loop with what is happening at CCHM in terms of what the students are learning these days.  I am just thrilled to be a part of the CCHM community."
